As all our offerings are delivered electronically, our shipping and delivery policy differs from traditional physical goods providers. 1. Nature of Products
All services offered by HostraGo are digital and virtual in nature. These include:
Domain name registration, transfer, and renewal
Shared, Cloud, WordPress, and DMCA-ignored Hosting
VPS and Dedicated Server hosting
SSL certificates and associated hosting tools
Software licenses and other hosting add-ons
Since we do not deal with physical products, no physical shipping is involved.
2. Service Activation Time
a) Instant Activation
For most hosting plans and domain registrations paid via credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking, services are typically activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
b) Manual Review
In rare cases, orders may require manual verification due to:
Suspicious or flagged transactions
Mismatched billing information
Bulk or high-value orders
These cases may delay activation by up to 24 business hours.
c) VPS and Dedicated Servers
These services may take up to 4-24 business hours for full provisioning, depending on configuration and availability.
3. Delivery Method
All service credentials and activation details (such as domain control panels, cPanel/WHM logins, VPS details, etc.) are delivered via:
Email to the registered email address

Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date during signup.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is completed:
You will receive a confirmation email with all relevant login credentials or activation links.
You can also check your order status and manage services in your client dashboard.
If you do not receive your service details within the specified timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder, or contact our support team immediately.
5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Although rare, service delivery may be delayed due to:
Payment issues (failed transactions, incomplete payments)
Incorrect contact information provided during checkout
Technical issues on our or a partner provider’s end
We will notify you of any delay via email or your client area, and our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Delivery to Third Parties
HostraGo only delivers services to the registered email address of the account holder. We do not forward service details to third parties unless authorized in writing by the account holder.
