7. Money Deposit
At HostraGo, we offer our customers the option to deposit funds into their client account for faster, hassle-free checkouts and uninterrupted service renewals. This Money Deposit Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to depositing funds in your HostraGo account.
a) Purpose of Deposits:
Deposits made into your HostraGo client account are considered advance payments or prepaid credits. These funds are intended solely for:
Purchasing new hosting services
Renewing existing services
Registering or renewing domain names
b) Non-Withdrawable Funds:
All deposited funds are non-withdrawable. This means:
Deposited money cannot be transferred back to your bank account, e-wallet, or any other payment method.
Deposits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
HostraGo will not entertain refund requests for deposited balances under any circumstances.
This policy helps us maintain a fair usage system and avoid misuse of the deposit feature.
c) Validity of Deposits:
Deposited funds in your account do not expire as long as your HostraGo account remains active. However:
Inactive accounts (with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may have their deposit balance frozen or removed after prior notification.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining deposit balance will be forfeited without a refund.
d) Use of Credit Balance:
Your deposited amount can be used only if it fully covers the invoice amount for a service or renewal. Partial payments using both deposit balance and another payment method are not allowed.
Important Notes:
If your deposit balance is less than the invoice total, you must first add sufficient funds to your HostraGo deposit wallet to cover the full invoice.
Only after the required amount is available in your deposit balance can you proceed to purchase or renew the service.
Split payments (using both deposit and online payment methods at the same time) are not supported.
This policy ensures seamless processing, accurate billing, and security in financial transactions within the HostraGo platform.
e) Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions:
If any deposit is identified as fraudulent or unauthorized, HostraGo reserves the right to:
Immediately suspend the associated account
Forfeit any deposit balance
Take appropriate legal action based on the severity of the fraud
